Hey, They Do Listen
It seems that the people at Blogger™ grew ears. So now you can finally include photos and images in your posts without any external software (like Hello or Flicker) simply by clicking the new picture icon (as shown in the image) and upload an image from your computer or from the web. The above image was posted through this new feature. Sorry you had to learn how to use the other software, Shankar. Further instructions here.

The trick is you can post pictures in 3 sizes: small(200px), medium(320px) and large(400px). It doesn't enlarge pictures, so let's say your pic's at 320px, that's the maximum size it can go. And just one request, please text under the pics people, it looks like clutter when it's at the side.
